  • 500g large cooked prawns
  • small pack mint, leaves picked
  • small pack coriander, leaves picked
  • 20 lychees, peeled, halved and stoned
  • 150g bag beansprouts
  • large handful roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
  • small handful crispy onions or fried garlic chips
