Since you can throw a plethora of ingredients into your smoothies, the most popular type of smoothie that can take you to a symphony of blissful blends are the tropical smoothie.
Tropical smoothies are made with tropical fruits, which are grown in high temperatures and climatic zones. These fruits are popular for their refreshing flavours and bright colours and are a rich source of antioxidants, vitamins, and carotenoids1. Some famous tropical fruits are coconut, bananas, pineapples, mangoes, passion fruit, dragon fruit, guava, berries, grapefruits, and others. When these fruits are blended with peaches, they form marvels of exotic flavours.

1. Classic peach smoothie
When peaches are added to smoothies, they give a very mild flavour. However, to make a flavorful peach smoothie, you can add banana, Greek yoghurt, almond milk, or granola.
For my classic peach smoothie, I love to pair it with bananas to have a sweet, refreshing start to the day. This recipe is best for a quick breakfast, especially during summer.2

- Almond milk, I like pairing it with almond milk, but you always have a choice to add any of your choice

- Vanilla (optional): Again, it is your choice, but adding a little is a treat to the taste buds and does wonders for the peach smoothie

- Vegans can omit using greek yoghurt and dairy milk instead they can use almond or soy milk and can add ice to the smoothie for a thick consistency3
