Skin rashes occur when the skin is dry. Atopic dermatitis patients get across skin rashes frequently due to their dehydrated skin. Moisturizers are the best solution for managing these kinds of challenges. As you know, moisturizing the skin is a fundamental act in daily skin-care routines without the dependency of skin type. It is an important component to sustain daily. However, the type of moisturizer can depend on the skin type of the patient.1,2
People with normal skin with the tendency to oily skin, people with mixed skin, and people with oily skin can prefer moisturizers which pledge the matte finish and a sense of lightweight hydration after applying to the skin especially water-based moisturizers can be selected with that kind of need. In addition, the frequency of application can differ due to the skin type. For instance, people with sensitive skin can hardly tolerate the substance so once daily application can be chosen. However, people with dry skin should choose creams aiming ultra-moisturizing effect.3
Hyaluronic acid, in that case, is frequently recommended, and hydrolysed hyaluronic acid can be used with hyaluronic acid simultaneously in moisturizer cream. 2-3 times per application of moisturizer cream onto the skin is recommended daily. Apart from moisturizing creams, products such as tonics, serums, hydration masks etc. with the same goal of maintaining a healthy, gleamed, hydrated and nourished skin can also be used to boost the effect and reinforce the act of moisturizing. The skin's outermost layer can be moisturized and protected by a cream hopefully without feeling oily.4,5
Use a range of naturally occurring substances that are present in your skin, such as hyaluronic acid, glycerine, saccharides, urea, fatty acids, triglycerides, phospholipids, and amino acids. It can also offer immediate and long-lasting advantages since regular use significantly enhances skin barrier function. “Atopia” written in the label of the product can be so easy to track while making the correct choice in pharmacies or dermo-cosmetic markets. The Intensive moisturizing effect is the target on those products. Especially dry to atopy-prone skin and people who have experienced with atopic dermatitis as known as eczema can be potential customers for that product.6
For calming you because of the occurrence of the rash, lavendula angustifolia also known as lavender can be added. If the skin is mixed type yet dry or ultra dry cica can be added to the formula. Normally people shouldn’t forget that cica creams must be used once a week and generally no more as it is sufficient to strengthen skin barrier, hence, to be truthful to that goal, ingredients in a moisturizer product carry the most importance.7
Ceramide

Hyaluronic Acid

As a consequence, the skin becomes more elastic. Hyaluronic acid helps the skin stretch and flex while reducing wrinkles and lines. Hyaluronic acid has shown to encourage reduced scarring and faster wound healing.10
4-D Hyaluronic Acid
4-D Hyaluronic acid can moisturize three layers of the skin. Hymagic 4D is a three-dimensional network-forming material that is made up of four different types of hyaluronic acid (HA), each with special properties. This kind of HA blends in with the skin's natural flexibility to help replenish water from the skin's outside. When applied topically, it forms a barrier that allows moisture to penetrate the skin's deepest layers because of the way it functions. The outcome is noticeably hydrated and moisturized skin.11
8-D Hyaluronic Acid

Vitamin E (Tocopherol)

Aloe Vera

Hamamelis virginiana
Products which are based on the derivation of this plant is recommended to acne-medication users by dermatologists due to adverse effect of that drug called ‘extreme dryness’.21
Ayurvedic Zinc (Pure Zinc + A herbal decoction but usually from Aloe vera)
As you know Zinc and Titanium dioxide are used in sunscreens as physical barriers and can be used in products that benefit both physical and chemical barriers using them all to alter the texture of the product and also to ease the application.
