Dietary supplements encompass a wide range of products, including vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and probiotics, designed to complement dietary intake and provide essential nutrients that may be lacking in a child's diet. Understanding the role of dietary supplements in children's health is crucial for parents and caregivers to make informed decisions regarding their nutritional needs.
